Made by Fanny Breuil, oenologist and Swiss Cellars' former sales representative, and a colleague of hers. Blend from several vineyards, some on the valley floor and some on the hillsides, all certified organic. No oak aging in order to preserve the fruit.
Tasting Notes: Open bouquet with notes of pepper, violets and black currant. Round palate with velvety structure, soft and pleasant tannins. Flavors of black currant, garrigue and rosemary.
