The vineyards are located in Anjou, on plateaux with compact schist subsoil. The vines are planted
at the top of the slopes to enhance sun exposure and ensure that the grapes ripen perfectly.
Tasting Notes: Fruity bouquet (apricot, quince, and citrus). The initial impression on the palate is rich and full-bodied. Long finish.
