Our eaux-de-vie are produced by Diwisa, a well-known distillery established since 1918 in Willisau, Lucerne. The classic ingredient for the well-known “Kafi-Luz” (Lucerne Coffee Schnapps). It contains approximately 90% apples and 10% pears.
